Dive Deeper into the Problem that Ascension Helped Solve
Medical Mission at Home occurs throughout Middle Tennessee wherever need is recognized. Traditionally, several are conducted each year serving hundreds in the local community. The Ascension Saint Thomas Foundation is proud to partner with our health system in funding some of the vital costs associated with delivering care to this underserved part of our community. Donor gifts help purchase vision equipment, medical supplies, cover vendor and rental costs, as well as food for volunteers.

Today/Where Are They Now
The Medical Missions & Daughters of Charity Fund was established to aid those who are struggling outside of our hospital walls. Donors have contributed generously to care for hundreds in need of services. Proceeds from our 2022 Seton Gala exclusively supported the re-establishment of Medical Mission at Home at The Fairgrounds Nashville in 2023, which had been postponed due to the pandemic.
